to stay on the right side of the law keep a log of when you have gotten off work /changed hours ect and of the days he didn't show up or not. if your visit is to be from your house try to have a witness to you being there and he hasnt, call house next door, anyone to help. go back to court have that changed and you could always check to see if he's pay has increased for a little more child support. (Im a father that hates deadbeats,I have had costody of my kids from age 6, now youngest is 14) keep everything wrote down,it will help alot. run it by your lawyer and they will advise you futher. good luck.

You're reading My childs dad has a tuesday visit every other week. he hasnt shown up for them in two months, he doesnt call to let me know hes not coming. he still comes for his weekend visits. I change my schedule for the tuesdays at work. What should i do?
