  • Do nothing. If she becomes emancipated, it means she CAN LEAVE before she is 18, and you don't want that, right? +5
  • You can't make her stay but if she's an unfit mother, you can try to get custody of your grandchild. However, if you lose, you could lose her and the child. With a 2 year old child, she's proven that she's going to do what she wants to do and you might be fighting a losing battle.
  • I am not sure what the reasoning is here. The father is willing to be a father but you don't want that? You want her to wait till she is 18 a matter of what, months? How will that make a huge difference to things? Surely you would be better off supporting her so you can stay in her life and the life of your grand daughter instead of alienating them?
