Question

Help answer this question below.

When the TV is first turned on it works perfectly for approximately 30 minutes then turns itself off and the red power light flickers. When I try to turn it back on again it knocks off immediately and I need to turn the power off for 20 minutes

I think your TV is trying to tell you its dieing fast, and it's time to dig the hole and give it a funeral.
