It sounds like you already have it set in your mind that it can't be saved. In order for there to be a real fighting chance you have to think you can make it work. Depending on what the issues are you may want to suggest more counseling. Perhaps take a trip together, maybe a weekend getaway. Spend some time alone together. Show and tell him you really care and want to make it work, and have him be up front with you about it. He needs to be willing to work on things also. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix . . you have to be patient and work on it.
