  • i find it strange that most christians today say that "Global warming" is a secular thing...I personally embrace it,because of where in the BIBLE i have personally read. revelations 6:12 to end and 16:1 to end Luke 21:25 to end the whole thing of chapter 21 is good for this time. acts 2:20 Luke 17:25-26 (for the noah thing, it is something I am researching right now. creationists believe that preflood their was a greater amount of atmospheric pressure and because of this it made a stronger greenhouse effect, well thats exactly what the c02 is doing to our atmosphere, it would warm the north/south hemispheres and allow a warmer winter and a more constant summer.) the funny thing is that is exactly what people are arguing right now..."its getting warmer winters..., but the summers are not as hot but more muggy". GOD BLESS and hope this helps. if you need anything else just ask here. +2
  • Global warming may be actually happening but it won't (significantly) effect human life on Earth until the point in the Tribulation period where God said He'd scorch people with the heat from the sun. He may use the depletion of the ozone layer to do this. God often uses natural phenominons to perform His works with. Because this scorching from the sun is prophesied, and therefore unavoidable, Christians tend to dismiss global warmings significance in our lives, pre-tribulation, as it's believed God is holding off the final depletion of the protective layers of our atmosphere until then as a judgement on those who'll be left behind. Christians should and do care about our planet but don't get obsesive over these aspects of our lives. We do what we can as far as recycling and so forth but trust that God has everything under control and don't worry excessively about such issues.
