  • Of course. I think we all have. The people who say they don't regret anything are either really happy, really crazy, or lying. Regrets, just like pain, are stimuli which tell you that something is wrong, or something could have been done better. It's how we learn. . . . [However, there's a difference between "Regret" and "Dread". Dread is never really helpful, it can actually be quite debilitating - by causing one to be so afraid that they cannot act.]
  • I have tried to use it, but sometimes insight alone can't solve a problem. Even if I knew I made a poor decision, that may not help me make a good decision in the future. To paraphrase Edison, I've found a thousand ways that didn't work!
