    Just add cement suby,,,,s'easy !! don't forget to mix it well ,,hehe ,,,ohh and eat it quick ?? before it goes off,,,you know what `hot` weather can do to food not left in a fridge,,,,,

    Yes I do, and I taught my daughter how to as well. It's easy, economical and you can freeze it in ice cube trays for individual servings.

    We used to mash a banana to a pulp with a spoon.I suppose nowadays you would get better options in packed food.

    Yeah I do it helps not to put any sweets in it because they have to be one to start eating solids.Make it soft.

    put good fresh cooked veg in a blender with a small amount of gravy. no salt. Blend bananas. mix with little baby cereal.

    Not anymore - but I would relearn quickly if I had to.
    When we had our first 2 children, there was not such a thing as baby food on the market. When we had our third one, there it was available but too expensive for us to concider buying it.

    This takes me back a few years Suby. We used to cook and mash everything to a pulp with a fork. I suppose nowadays you would use a blender.
