I bought a new game,when trying to load it says "the system software is version 2.71.to start you must update to version 2.80 or later".do want to update now?i press yes and it responds"the game could not be started(dadadada)"some one help?

If you haven't tried Try hooking your psp up to an external power source while updating.

your psp is custom firmware is it not??? if your psp is still 2.71 then upgrade to 3.03oec...there are higher ones but this one has more flexability go grab some information on tha subject if u had not already...
