listen to music, lift some weights, get on answer bag and most importantly...remember the consequences for letting all your rage out on a cop O_o I DON'T WANT TO GOT TO JAIL!!!!! LOL

Smack the rubberband around my wrist, rather that than anything else, stings... but helps vent the anger.

I will argue with myself in the car or ht something, talk to someone, write it down, post it on a blog

I don't let my irritations and annoyances build up to the rage stage....I address them and 'nip them in the bud'..... "I feel.....when you....I need you to....." "When you.......I feel......I need us to......" And many variations on that theme.... Works for me.
