Help answer this question below.

Is it possible for someone to come to my site and block only 2 IP addresses? I nor my partner could access our site today, however other members could.. How can I prevent that in the future?

    Whilst it's possible, it doesn't seem likely. Normally if your website is compromised, it will be defaced or shut down.
    It is more likely that it is an overly sensitive security application, either on the server or your computer, that believes the remote IP address is a threat and has blocked access.

    It's quite hard to tell exactly what happened without a little more info about the site.
