Sorry to write an answer to my own question, but I feel it is necessary to include more information on my issue. I am 16 years old and my girlfriend is 14, as I have stated in the question. We consensually had sex; I fingered her, ate her out and had vaginal intercourse. During intercourse, however, she said "stop". I stopped after she said to, but it was because she needed a break; and soon after that I went back in. Because she used the word "stop", it worries me because it can easily be taken out of context. Her parents have done everything they can to prevent us from seeing each other. Their efforts started before they learned of us having sex. I fear that they may want to bring legal action against me, but without proper evidence they cannot. What kind of legal action, in the state of California, against me is possible? And any suggestions are welcome. Links to government websites with desired information would also be appreciated. Thank you very much.

I have no idea about the legalities but I suggest you clear things up with the parents. Convince them you're serious about her and if you aren't then permit me to say you are an ass. I remember reading an article where an 18 year old was arrested after bicycling 300 miles(amazing guy) to his 15 year old girlfriend's house just to have sex even after she said she consented to it. Somewhere in USA I think.

Consent? The only thing from consent is her word like if she changes her story or gets pregnent you can bet you will do time because her parents hate you. YOu can be charged as an adult. Its up to the district attorney and how the story is told but if they use what you say on here as evidence then your screwed.. Even if you win against the charges your still gooing to spend time in jail and your parents will have to sell the farm to pay for everything. Best advice is to keep your mouth shut and give it time and see what happens. Im no lawyer but it dont look good if anyghing else happens. good luck bro an keep your pants on. and btw you better hope thers no cybercops on here reading your junk
