the core believes are simple .. and it respect the human mind.. that is the buety of islam

some are and some are not. Some of them would be considered extreme to westerners. I think the majority of them wouldn't be.

Depends on where you live. It's simply a case of cultures clashing in the USA but most of those extreme rulings you hear about the islamic laws are blown out of proportions by hatemongers. Most stuff like getting your arms cut off for stealing aren't even carried out anymore.

Any blind faith in ghosts, gods, and goblins is irrational, especially in this day and age. Praying to invisible spirits that flap around the universe, checking to see who's naughty and nice, is just silly.
