Yeah..its scary, because you just want to lash out on anything..what i did was just lye completly on the floor and just started to breathe. it helps to breathe when your suppose to, and it does help ease the pain, anxiety, and panic.

yes, when i was in my twenties i had panic attacks, being around a lot of ppl would trigger it, i believe the last time i had one i was in wal-mart standing in line to check out and i left my stuff and went outside, i sat on the sidewalk in frount of the store. it was winter so breathing the cold air seemed to help. after it passed i drove home and later returned to finish my shopping when there was fewer ppl.

No I have never had a panic attack but I have family members that do. The best thing is to male them breath slowly into a paper bag. It does help them to calm down.

Yes its horrible I used to get them a lot. Mine was induced by a car crash and 3 months off work due to it. When I first went out on crutches which was December I found the busy shopping areas a nightmare to busy and fast and also the return to driving was a problem too. I spent three months at home only going out for hospital appointments. I gained a little weight too which heightened my anxiety and self consciousness. I learned to count in my head and to breath in and out to this.
