In comparison to Cannabis they all pale and are of a rather dubious safety margin. I have seen people overdose on nitrous oxide, DXM, Blue lotus, Ephedra, alcohol and even (legally prescribed)pharmaceuticals. You have to weigh the consequences of getting high against the benefit.
