it's got some pretty big flaws: . although the country is secular on paper, the religiosity in many areas is on par with some theocratic muslim countries. . many social flaws seem to originate in the US. the worst of all being the glorification of ignorance. it's the only country in the world where bein called an Einstein is somehow derogatory. . the whole country is getting dumber. and with it's stranglehold on pop culture, it's dragging other countries along with it. . your political campaigns are shallow, gimmicky, and hyped. . your reactionary fear of socialism causes every one to get screwed and smile while they're having their ass handed to them. . and to cap it all, many of you style yourselves citizens of the "greatest country on earth". . that being said, i've lived in the US for 3 years. and i greatly enjoyed living there. it's an ok country. it just has much more self improvement to do than it thinks.

I would point only one: There is a separation of state and religion in one hand. In the other, there is no separation of the state and the economic power. See lobbies. The above is possibly the reason why american society is dumb and don't even realize that.
