  • Honey bees do not go anywhere. They live in a hive with their queen and go outside the hive to find honey and nectar. Then in the wintertime they stay inside their hive because it is too cold for them. They eat some honey and huddle together to generate warmth. ON very warm days they go outside to go potty and take debris out of their hive home. But they do not stay outside for long. Then when the springtime comes they resume their hunt for honey. But bees stay busy all year doing something, whether it is getting honey, tending the queen, housekeeping or making it warm.
