Georgia, (ohio, really? i didnt know that), florida, and possibly the Virginia's - supposedly they'll make exceptions. i know because i've dont ALOT of research. matter of fact i'm actually 17 and planning to go to georgia and get married bc of being pregnant myself. good luck!

It depends on the state. In some states if the girl presents proof of pregnancy then a marriage license will be granted. In other states she will have to go to court to get a court order allowing the marriage.
