I don't think - unfortunately - that she does like you. Having been a teenage girl myself, at one time, and also sensitive of the feelings of others, I think I understand what she is trying to do. By talking to her male friend infront of her, she may be trying to get you to notice that she likes someone else, or even give you the impression that they are involved. While it isn't as effective as coming right out and saying "I don't like, sorry", it may still be an attempt to get the message across without being blunt. Add that to the fact that she is finding reasons not to spend time with you, I would say that she is trying fairly hard to give you the message that she isn't interested, without badly hurting your feelings. Move on, and find someone who wants to spend time with you.

yeah to me it may sound like she is trying to let you off easy because she may not want to hurt your feelings so just accept it and move on and besides it is only one girl and there is many more girls out there who are looking around. then again she may be seeing how you react to her seeing another guy and she may be waiting for you to do something but then again if she turns you down every time you ask her then i think you should just move on
