Definetly, always try to tell the truth. Don't say I don't mess up sometimes, but always ask forgiveness, try to repent, and get back on track. Not telling the truth is too much work, cause then you have to remember what you said so you can continue with it, or get caught in a lie. Found it's just much easier and simpler to tell the truth right up front.

Sometimes I think of the Truth as a small white haired child, who sits on my lap, and gently whispers in my ear.I sometimes don`t want to hear it,don`t always do what it tells me,but I have to atleast listen and think about it...I try to always tell the truth or atleast keep silent.But the truth we tell ourselves is the hardest to hear,sometimes.
