Most times it's refunded back to your credit card, some stores like Walmart will not give you a chioce, others will give you cash back if it's a small amount!

While placing an order over the internet, I couldnt get my order to go through. I went to see my credit card statement and I was still charged for that order. The website says I never placed an order. Can I still get my money back?
