I like this girl. We've had 3 times where we talked for a good hour and it was nice. She made a video for me playing piano b/c I play too. She even said sweet dreams to me once on phone. BUT she has never called me on her own free will. Does she like me?

You're friends. Make a video of yourself playing 1/2 of a duet and tell her you'd love for her to play it with you. You know sappy crap.

Assume that she does: You've enjoyed talking for long conversations together, and she hasn't avoided you after the first or the second. She made something that she was pretty sure that you'd enjoy as a gift for you. She has given you good wishes. It seems that you're a bit shy, and probably she is, too. But otherwise you both seem at least normally and nominally attracted to each other, and if we assume that you're both fairly normal and not into playing weird games of attracting people and then repelling them ... she probably likes you. I would proceed on that assumption, anyway.
