No allow, permit, promote. It is a private matter, and should be treated as any other child related matter. If they are to young for sex - any sex - you should protect and discourage them. When they reach the age of consent (the age of consent for that individual, not the legal one) you should allow them to make their own choices. I have looked at some of your previous questions that you have asked and to be frank I find them very disturbing as they appear to be centred around young boys such as the one where you ask if anyone has any little brothers between 8-14 that are gay or that you could meet or adopt. Then there is another question where you ask why do so many people hate pedophiles, and now you are asking this question which again mentions boys, not to mention the one about your brother. It would appear that you are either doing this as a joke or you are into young boys. If you are doing it for a joke then you need to stop because it isn't funny, if you are into boys then you need to seek the help that you so desparately appear to need as you are a pedophile in the making and therefore a danger to children.
