I dont know about others but mine seems to be more so at night. Cant shut it down at times.
around 8 oclock at night
for me it would probably be around 1 in the morning then i slowly decline after that.....
The human brain is more asleep during day time this will allow us to think. Thinking is done in the spiritual world and the brain and brain cells reflect this activity. It is necessary for the brain cells to be less active in order to allow this function of thinking to take place. During sleep our brain get to be more active and this extra activity comes form the white cell in the blood... Those white cells are less active in the night, and so being part of our various organs will allow us to think in the night with our organs (liver pancreas, kidneys, lungs etc.). Dreams are a result of this thinking activity of the white cells in the organs during sleep.

You're reading When is the human brain more active? During the day or at night?
Comments
It does. Even in sleep the brain must maintain the involuntary functions.
But when is it more active? Day or night?
Thanks for the link, Jim.
