Catholics: Was Christ's sacrifice sufficient to cleanse us of all our sins, past and future?

Yes, he died for all of our sins, so we don't have to go to the alter and make a burnt offering, he died for the people of the past and the futer, he died for everyone from Adam and Eve all the way to the last soul left on earth. It was sufficient enough, but it is not an exuse to sin however.

I am not Catholic, but Southern Baptist, and we most definitely DO believe that the blood of Jesus Christ is sufficient to cleanse all men of of all sin - provided they will admit their sin and ask His forgiveness. It is a gift that cannot be earned, it cannot be bought, it cannot be stolen, and most importantly, once received it cannot be taken away. Praise GOD from whom ALL blessings flow!

Christ didn't die for our sins. He died because he was accused of being a false prophet and for claiming to be the King of Rome. The Jews and the Romans didn't like Jesus at all.
