Yes. It was unpredictable until the last few days when the bank wanted to make a financial referral due to mortgage broker had put forward a weak case in the first place. It was not nice. I had paid the solicitor bills and also had to pay the accounting bill for prepared financial statements which refused my mortgage. It took me another year to finally purchase a house. The first house did not sell actually until I purchased the other house which was cheaper. But I am glad it is over:-)
