Well you haven't told us anything about your granddaughter (the mother). The court doesn't remove children without cause.
Apparently your daughter has issues that concerns the court and the best interest of the children.
I'm not sure what you are asking.

You're reading My Grand Daughter has been going through a custody battle with the grandmother on the father's side, he is in jail. Today she won temp custody, why would they give the children to her and not keep them with there mother? The chidren are 1 and 2
