Do you think black people should be able to use slavery to attempt to get out of the wrong they've done? After all, was it not the Africans (Egyptians) who enslaved the jews to build the pyramids? I hear people down here as an excuse a lot.

Unless they were slaves themselves (not their (grand)parents) I'd say all people should be treated equally in any situation. I help old people across the street and try to be nice to people, but if I steal something I get the same punishment as the most antisocial thief out there. You don't hear me looking for excuses either.

No I don't. I'm black and I get sick and tired of hearing all this crap about what ghetto people think they deserve or shouldn't be responsible for. No african american living has ever been a damn slave.
