I would say Elton John and he is still going strong

I won't claim to know a ton about music from the '60s or '70's but if I had to pick one I'd have to pick Elvis. I personally think Elvis has had the most naturally talented voice in the history of the world. And if I'm not mistaken his overall record sales over the years completly blow away anyone else's sales.
