People who think Jesus is God are not the confused ones. How can anybody be confused about Jesus saying He Is God? People who deny that fact are the confused ones. How peaceful would it be if there was no evil left in the world? Through out God's history he has wiped out evil and kept His people safe. Jesus will do the same thing in the end. The only people who see eliminating evil as being evil must be evil people who are afraid of being eliminated.

It isn't and Jesus is not god and never claimed he was god. Jesus called "his father in heaven" God, not himself. Jesus was a nice guy - a Messenger for his dady, and he did his job pretty good too.....but nowhere does it say or he claim to be his father - who he said was GOD. I wonder how so many people can get this wrong! I'm a 100% agnostic and it reads clear and simple to me....Jesus ain't God! Not that there is a god in the first place - but still, people should learn how to read I think!

God did not change between the Old and New Testaments but our understanding of who and what God has developed dramatically over the centuries. For example: 2 Samuel 24:1: The LORD'S anger against Israel flared again, and he incited David against the Israelites by prompting him to number Israel and Judah. 1 Chronicles 21:1: A satan rose up against Israel, and he enticed David into taking a census of Israel. 1 and 2 Samuel were compiled in the seventh century B.C.E. before the Jewish exile in Babylon. 1 and 2 Chronicles were compiled in the fifth century B.C.E. after the Jewish exile in Babylon. The change in the term from the LORD's anger to a satan reflects the changed theological outlook of postexilic Israel, when evil could no longer be attributed directly to God. The growing knowledge of God by Israel during these centuries has continued through the ages, Jesus Christ revealed much more about God than we ever imagined, and this growth still continues today when we can even say that God is Love. With love in Christ.

May I clear up your confusion... A person who properly knows his Bible does not think that Jesus IS God...that is a false teaching to support the false trinity belief. It was Jesus' Father in heaven who burned Sodom and Gomorrah AND THE SURROUNDING CITIES...because of IMMORALITY... Jesus was SENT by his father...[ Jehovah/ Exodus 6;3] And Jesus always PRAISED his father's NAME. SO JESUS is THE PRINCE OF PEACE. That does not mean he will always accept our wrongdoing... It is Jesus entioned in Revelation... (Revelation 6:1-2) And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice as of thunder: “Come!” 2 And I saw, and, look! a white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest. A bow signifies warfare...Jesus fighting wickedness...

Jesus said "I and my Father are one" and the Jews attempted to stone him for making himself to be God, so those of you who claim to have read the words of Jesus-and that he never claimed to be God-must have skipped a few pages. Why would the Prince of Peace burn down Sodom and Gomorrah? Because He loves justice every bit as much as he does peace. Ask yourself: How can there ever be peace without FIRST establishing justice? If you think Sodom and Gomorrah was out of character for a "peace-loving Jewish guy" bringing a message of love for his "daddy", then read ahead to the Revelation and then find a rock to hide under. He isn't going to be disrespectfully confused with a "peace-loving Jewish guy" speaking for his "daddy" when He's done with that job.
