Well, salt is a rock. So I guess I do eat rocks, if I think about it.

As far as I know, the only places that do this are famine ravaged. The children swallow pebbles to create a feeling of fullness in their stomachs. It isn't very effective or very safe. If I was starving, I might, but only then.

I don't know about rocks, but in, I believe, Japan, they have a hot spring that is surround by white clay that they eat. It is suppose to be like getting concentrated minerals and things that are healthful.

When I first started making biscuits they kinda turned out like rocks, but thats as close as I'd get.

Are those the rocks for calcium? Either way I'd never eat rocks, must taste awful and gritty.
