  • An ab wheel. they are like 10 dollars and they are amazing.
  • It is of course important to work your abs. Planks, crunches etc. But, you can have great ab muscles, but if you aren't lean, you wont have a six pack. You have got to rid yourself of belly fat for your six pack to show, once you build the muscle. Cut back on portions & fats especially dairy. If you work hard and keep trim, you will see that six pack appear. +4
  • Well one way you could get lean and ripped abs is a great cardio followed by 2-3 sets of ab workout and like she said weighted crunches might work but you don't want to stress yourself too much by adding to much weight and doing a few reps. The reason cardio is recommended (preferably on the treadmill) is that you should get your body upto an ideal temperature so that your workout will be most effective and running makes you tired so when you do crunches you won't be using your back and shoulders but you'll be working more of your abs..and also the key to getting a six pack is not to stop the burn on your abs from cooling when you do your crunches....offcourse it's gonna hurt like hell but if you can pull through the pain it is worth it! And remember once u think u've finished you have to do it all over again one more time! that's the thinking you need!
