  • If it is his place then he is the one who makes the decision about your dog but he most probably won't allow it. Most Muslims will not have dogs in the house. My husband is always asking me to stop patting dogs that I happen to come across...but I love them. Asalaamu Aleykom.
  • if you signed a lease, and the lease does not specify NO DOGS in most sates he can not keep you from moving your dog in..he will bring you to housing court..the judge will say IT IS NOTIN THE LEASE..and let you finish out the lease with your dog..he will not renew..but who cares, youdont want to live with someone that has a problem with dogs..do you???? I mean how can anyone hate a cute fluffy dog..
