  • Diet and excerize. And focus your thoughts and energies on something productive. The world does not revolve around weight issues, YOU'RE doing that.
  • Contrary to Brian's suggestion, I suggest picking up a hobby that is not particularly active. Something that can consume your time and thoughts daily. Perhaps you're not a "World of Warcraft" type of person, but surely you can find an equally distracting interest. Please consider this motivational: I don't consider weight when I look at beauty. I'll admit a lot of men do, but I don't expect that's the type of man you don't want. (And those men would consider being too thin just as unattractive as obesity's anyway. Saggy skin and ribs aren't generally considered attractive.) To look natural, it's best to act natural, so you're very right to be seeking distraction. I would suggest SuDoKu, reading webcomics, and other slightly-nerdy suggestions, but that's just me.
