  • Absolutly not, like any "law" it's up for interpretation. So basically that means the government decideds what our forefathers meant.

  • Totally. It has proven to be a living document for over 200+ years. It is as valid today for interpretation as it was when penned. We should wish our current lawmakers would create work so simple yet so direct, instead of volumnes of code which say nothing and therefore lead to obtuse interpretations.
  • A document that guaranties the property and the rights of all their citizens against the power of totalitarian state. Those sacred principles are valid to these days.
