My aunt has lost over 30 lbs using Wii Fit.
I used it for 2 weeks and lost 2.5 pounds but then I got busy and never touched it since. may be in winter time I'll have more time for it. It gets you sweating though.

I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for over a year with faithful use and a move to Mexico where we walk A LOT. I broke a couple bones in my foot and have had migraines so missed a bout three months of exercise and only gained about 2 1/2 pounds, which should come off now that I can exercise again. I can't eat chocolate anymore because of the migraines so it should come off quickly.
My balance seems to have suffered the most and I am really having to work on that - but that could be the headaches too.
Is wii fit free run in miles or kilometers?

Did you know if your Wii Fit is hooked in wirelessly hackers can see your Wii profile & medical information? Ours is hacked...
