Yes, my cousin, straight, did gymnastics and competed at the national level. Two guys from my high school, straight, did cheerleading. But they were seniors at a small school, so they did not get made fun of too much.

In high school, none of the guys I went to school with were cheerleaders. However, in college there were a couple of guys on the cheerleading squad. I didn't know them personally though.
