It's not something I typically notice. However, when I do, I either find it cute or artistic, especially if there are designs on them. Sexy? Not really.

Anytime I see "The details" covered, it makes me think she spends the same if not more amount of time keeping everything clean, detailed and trimmed....Taking care of herself. I'm not a foot person per-say but ultimately it is sexy.

Feet are sexy, when a woman has a great pedicure it shows she is conscious of her appearance and that is important. But not more important then who she is. I love a woman's body head to toe so painted toe nails are part of the complete package.
