Reduce your food by half and start walking or jogging 1 mile day. You can loose 30 pounds in 6 months. There is no quickest way than this unless you want to have knife on your body.

Aside from liposuction? :D Lots of exercise. Walking or light jogging will suffice. Also, a good, balanced, healthful diet that can limit the empty calories.

Quickest isnt what you want... you want a safe and fast way to do it. The quickest way is very unhealthy for you, and ultimately isnt even the best way to do it. Eat healthy, do HIIT cardio 15 minutes a day, plus 15 minutes moderate intensity cardio. Small meals 5 times a day, daily intake should be somewhere around 30% fat 20% WHOLE GRAIN carbs 50% protein. Eating fat is okay, just make sure its good fats (Fish is a great example of this). Drink at least one glass of milk a day (calcium has shown to help lose weight). Drink 128oz. of water a day, if not more. Green tea (or the extract) is very helpful as well. If you need caffeine to exercise, coffee (or tea) is your best bet. Oh, and do everything you can to increase your physical activity. Clean the house, park far away from destinations (or just walk), go to the mall and walk around, go for a run, bike, swim, whatever it takes to burn those extra calories. If you do a little bit more in every single activity you do every day, it really does add up. I don't want to make this too long, so i'll leave it at that.
