Do any one know why my laptop take long to fully charge and then take like 10 minutes to ran out of battery again?

Laptop batteries don't last forever. If you've had your computer for a couple of years, it has probably just had too many charge/discharge cycles and needs to be replaced.

I used to work for a company that serviced giant batteries for electric forklifts.(Some over 3000 pounds) We had a standard evaluation form that had a checklist of recommendations. The one that comes to mind is: "Battery has reached end of useful life"
