Is there any Mathematics Graph editor that can be embedded in web pages and downloaded from online? I also need an online paint editor as well.

You can use a program like Maxima to plot the graphs (Maxima uses gnuplot for plotting), then printscreen it and host in a website like imageshack or photobucket. Online paint, well there's this very simple flash Paint: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/376629 I'm sure you can find others if you google for it.
