Help answer this question below.

Generally my feet turn out alright - but I lose it all when I point them. How can I improve my ankle flexibility and maintain it while pointing? (Also, any ankle strength exercises are greatly appreciated:-).)

    You need to work with a Theraband. Check this video at around 1:20 in. Also do lots of relevees and elevees at the barre. Go back to some of your pre-pointe exercises as well. +4
