How do racing teams keep changes in the garage, to their cars, a secret when teams are so close togeather?

I think some of those garages are freaking HUGE and they probably set up some kind of divider walls to keep the cars apart from each other...I don't know for sure because I haven't had the honor to see any of them in person, but from what I've seen on all the different NASCAR TV specials, it's very likely!
