I do the puzzles in the paper, and read a lot.
I try to calculate change before the register shows the amount coming back and when doing my budget or dividing the bills for my roommates I always try to do the math in my head first then double check on a calculator.
Read, write, study encloypidies, Watch Tv,walk a lot, play my harmonica.
Lots of laughter with family and.....

I am an old retired person and I am aware of the fact that my usefulness in the world is symbolic. I keep my brain active by Talking, discussing, argueing on trivial things,otherwise spend time with Grand daughters and my computer.
AB & Read everything I can possibly find interesting :)
Read spiritual and worldly books,meditate,think,contemplate,do physical activities which make you think.The brain never stops.+
I never stop wondering "why?" and "how?" I love wondering about psychological aspect of the mind, social interactions, and the unknown in science as we know it.
i answer questions here and have fun..........then of course is my career that is enough brain exercise for anyone !

I play SUDOKU and read books on chemistry. It ll carry you deep in the scientific world and fill up your brain with thousands of questions.

Typically the Leonids in November are the "star" meteor showers of the year but in a while you get lucky like in November 2001 when they absolutely littered the night skies.
