It depends...but I usually talk myself out of being out of control and saying things (in my head) like: "this is not worth it" or "calm down, (my name), this too shall pass". Sometimes, I just let it go, my worst now would be just yelling and screaming.

Luckily, I don't hit that point very often. If I do, I'll separate myself from the situation. If I'm at work, I'll go in my office and close my door or I'll go for a walk. If I'm at home, I'll go into another room, go for a drive, or take the dog for a walk. Taking a little time to cool off does more good than bad.
-
I take deep breaths and mediate by focusing my attention on my breath. It really works!

I go somewhere that I can be alone and listen to music or take a walk.

3 years ago I would roll a fat one, eat weird combinations of snacks, then go to sleep. But now I have kids and won't break the law so I just take a paxil and contemplate committing suicide which is one of the side effects of this legal drug.

If I can, I just leave and be alone until the anger and frustration go away.

I go visit my uncle. We go for a walk and he has the most soothing voice and a great outlook on life. He has a way of calming me right down.

I like to get away from what's getting to me. That said, it often followed me in another vehicle. :-)

Usually one real loud F**K! Will take care of it. I don't stay mad long at all. I just have to watch where I yell it.
-
I bring myself up over my body in my mind. I pretend it's a conversation between people arguing on videos, and I'm just watching. I worked in health care for a long time, and had to stay cool when things ran amok.
