Does Atlantis count?
Yes very much. I would like to have an unrestricted visit.
Absolutely!! I dream often of being in (my version of) Babylon. I'd love to see/feel how it really was. +++
No, thank you.
Yes. I want to visit the city which went under water called Dwarka which I was ruling thousands of years ago.My that life ended just after the episode.+
+3 I have visited the site of Troy in Turkey and it is spectacular (although a great deal of the good stuff was destroyed by the first excavation teams at the end of 19th Century). Very little remains of Babylon as most of the relics were stolen over the centuries and the stone taken by locals to use for building. Sadaam Hussein started a program to rebuild Babylon however it is basically a modern construction and has almost nothing of tghe original city in it.
Yes, that would be a great experience for me.
Sure! I've visited several (formerly) lost cities, like Machu Picchu, Pompeii, Xian China and the terra cotta warrior army, and Chichen Itza Mexico. Each one has been a blast
Yes. Babylon more so than Troy. Makes you wonder if there are yet to be more like cities.
I'll pass but thanks for the offer.
Yes that would be fun...and interesting.
definitely
YES. And also Persepolis and the Palace of Knossos on Crete and Angkor Wat and Ephesus in Turkey! ++++
For sure, can we stop in at Atlantis? :0)
Are you organising a trip then Keithhold?...if you are then i'm game!! :)
