Since penises are generally hidden as we are getting to know and bond to a man, women do not choose their mates based on whether their penis is larger and thicker or smaller and thinner. A large thick man may be clumsy and thoughtless and unskilled, making for an unenjoyable experience, and a smaller thinner man may be very artful and skilled and loving, making for an enjoyable experience. In sum: no it's not what you've got; it's what you do with it.
