  • there are several ways: 1. go to the drive you've installed the software into...and click uninstall.exe/unwise.exe... 2. go to the control panel and find out the software...and remove it... 3. find out its location and delete manually if 1 or 2 fails... 4. If nothing could be found...right click on my computer...select Manage...choose Device Manager...select the drive...roll back/uninstall it and re-install the appropriate driver software...
  • try installing the correct driver, you may not need to do anything about the wrong one
