Uhm... you answered your own question. Eat properly!! Vitamins won't do shit if you don't eat right. Half the time when you take a multi-vitamin you urinate out what you're trying to absorb. It is better to get it from fruit and veggies, as well as grains and legumes. High protein and carb diets would help weight gain. Assuming you want muscle instead of fat gain, having protein while exercising is your best bet.
