I don't believe in chicken hot dogs. I would like to have all meat, whether it is beef, pork, or some combination thereof. I prefer Nathan's which are all beef and Kayem which makes all beef and mixed.

Kosher. The thing is that "fancy" ones get old after a while, and an old fashioned plain one really hits the spot.
