  • it sounds f'ed try leaving it in a dry area for a day and see clean the contacts before tring again
  • You're better off taking it into a reputable shop and have them clean it out. The spill might cause other weird problems down the road.
  • Water was spilt on my MacBook and it would not turn on anymore even after letting it dry for a week with the battery out. I took it to a mac certified dealer and he removed this piece that the battery hooks into on the inside, now the computer only runs when plugged into the wall and he recommended that I unplug it after each use. It cost $300 and no guarantee that the computer would even work the next day. It's been working now for 3 months and the only strange thing is that my photoshop cs3 keeps opening when i boot up...still trying to figure that one out. Good Luck!
